Data analysis, design & content strategy
WHO I AM
I am a Content Strategist at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling.
My name is Srishti. I am a Content Strategist at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology. I believe in solving problems with collaboration and pragmatism- engaging with stakeholders at all levels - to deliver solutions built on exceptional user experience.
I come from a non-traditional background, having changed careers from corporate law to product and content. Even as a lawyer, I moonlighted as a freelance content strategist, leading several successful digital projects.
During the pandemic, I decided to quit law to pursue my passion for media products full-time. Beyond my creativity and strong design sensibilities, I bring lawyerly rigor, patience for in-depth research, and an analytical mindset that gives my clients their critical wins.
I'm currently pursuing a Master's program at Northwestern's Medill School in Media Innovation and Content Strategy (STEM), a program that is in many ways preparing me to work at the nexus of technology innovation and content.
I am also passionate about minimalism as a design and cultural philosophy and often find myself applying a ‘minimalist’ approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

An interactive microsite on discrimination against women
A think tank wanted their technical and data-heavy report on the state of discrimination against women in India to be accessible to the mainstream audience.
I managed a team of 4 (an animator, illustrator, and developer) to create an interactive micro-site. I did the art direction, wrote the copy, oversaw the work of the team, and liaised with the clients from concept to launch.

Digital Product Management
+ Content Strategy & DESIGN
Museums and art remain inaccessible to young people in urban India, and this gap was especially evident during Covid. In 2018, I co-founded Unography Magazine™️ a digital e-zine focused on making art approachable on the internet. Unography blends a clean aesthetic with compelling content that has resulted in a loyal community and some incredibly meaningful testimonials.
Our content includes curated art, original commentaries, and interviews with artists and activists all over the world.
We've published over 50+ editions of the magazine's newsletter
We have a social media with 18K+ followers on Instagram
Content Strategy
Content production for a fashion magazine
Mob Journal came to me during the pandemic to expand its content into multi-media channels. I built a strategy focused on artists and art movements all over the world.
I created newsletters, video essays, and podcasts. In the samples below you can hear my voice and get a sense of my art direction/curation.

Podcasting
CONTENT STRATEGY + CREATION
Conversations on healthy masculinity are rare in India. I worked with the producers of the New Manifesto (Motor Mouth Podcasts), a first-of-its-kind healthy masculinity podcast based out of India. I helped the team with their scripts, content strategy, and their branding.
